Refund Policy

Which Chat GTT purchases qualify for a refund, what to include in your request, how long the money takes to come back, what is excluded and how to reach us.

These rules apply to the credit packs and plans sold on Chat GTT. If something you paid for did not meet your expectations, the sections below explain when we can return the money and how to ask for it.

Who Qualifies for a Refund

Your order can be refunded when both conditions below are met:

We receive your request within 7 days of the purchase date, meaning the day a credit pack was bought or the date of a subscription's first payment.
The paid features on the account have not been used in any meaningful way.

One-time credit packs are covered too: if you bought a pack within the last 7 days and have not spent any of its credits, you get the full amount back. Credits that were returned to you after a failed render are treated as unspent.

Asking for a Refund

Write to support@chatgtt.video with these details:

The email address of the account you use to sign in
Your order or receipt reference, if available
Optionally, a short note on the reason for the request

How Long It Takes

Once approved, the refund is sent to whichever payment method you checked out with. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears on your statement after 5-10 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

The following situations normally fall outside our refund rules:

Accounts that have already made heavy use of the paid service, such as spending most of their credits or generating many clips
One-time credit packs purchased more than 7 days ago, or packs whose credits have been used, unless the law requires a refund
A renewed subscription, once the 7-day window for that renewal has passed
Accounts that violated the Terms of Service or abused the refund process

Cancelling a Subscription

A plan can be cancelled whenever you like so that it stops renewing. From that moment no further charges are made, but cancelling on its own does not return money for payments already collected.

Chargebacks

Please get in touch with support before opening a dispute with your bank, so that we can try to resolve the problem with you directly. Access to the account may be limited while a chargeback is still open.

Your Legal Rights

Whatever this policy says, you keep every consumer right that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.
